A recent survey by Vantage Point Counseling Services reveals that 28% of American adults have engaged in intimate or romantic relationships with artificial intelligence. Platforms like ChatGPT, Character.ai, and voice assistants such as Alexa and Siri are commonly involved. Notably, over 53% of participants also reported having human relationships, suggesting that AI interactions may complement rather than replace human connections.
