Alibaba is expanding its global data centre footprint with new facilities planned in Brazil, France, and the Netherlands immediately, followed by launches in Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Dubai within the year. Alongside, the company unveiled its most powerful AI model yet—Qwen3-Max—with over 1 trillion parameters. The model excels in code generation and autonomous capabilities, positioning Alibaba to intensify investments in AI infrastructure.
