Minute Media Acquires AI Sports Video Startup VideoVerse

Minute Media has acquired the AI-powered video editing startup VideoVerse, maker of Magnifi, a tool that auto-detects key sports moments and creates short-form highlights. The deal, backed by investors including Audacity Venture Capital and Alpha Wave Global, marks one of India’s largest media-tech exits. VideoVerse’s tech will be integrated into Minute Media’s STN Video platform.
