UIDAI Partners with Sarvam AI to Enhance Aadhaar Services Using Generative AI

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has collaborated with Bengaluru-based startup Sarvam AI to implement a voice-based generative AI platform for Aadhaar services. This system provides real-time feedback to users, including alerts on potential overcharging and suspicious authentication activities. Initially supporting 10 Indian languages, the platform aims to improve user experience while maintaining data security by operating entirely within UIDAI's infrastructure.
