Africa's Tech Duo Launch AI Testing Startup with $9M Seed Funding
Karim Jouini and Jihed Othmani, co-founders of Expensya, have launched Thunder Code, a generative AI-powered software testing platform. The Tunisian entrepreneurs, whose previous venture was acquired by Medius in 2023, have secured $9 million in seed funding for their new startup. Thunder Code employs AI agents to automate quality assurance processes, aiming to enhance efficiency in software testing.
