Apple is reportedly integrating Google’s powerful Gemini AI model to revamp its Siri voice assistant, addressing existing capability limitations. The deal, which may cost Apple around $1 billion annually, is a temporary stopgap. This is intended to boost Siri's ability to handle complex requests immediately until Apple's own, more powerful 1.2 trillion-parameter AI systems are ready for release.
