Bezos Unveils Independent Industrial AI Giant With $12 Billion Funding Blitz

Jeff Bezos' industrial AI startup, Prometheus, has raised a massive $12 billion in Series B funding, skyrocketing its valuation to $41 billion. Co-founded with ex-Google executive Vik Bajaj, the company is building an "artificial general engineer" to radically accelerate physical product manufacturing and prototyping. Operating with a lean 150-person team, Bezos emphasized that Prometheus maintains no corporate ties to Amazon or Blue Origin, keeping it entirely independent.
