Tiger Global-backed hyperlocal e-commerce firm Dealshare has relaunched its operations, shifting its focus from social commerce and B2B distribution to a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model. Targeting value-conscious customers in smaller cities, the move follows a restructuring phase that included leadership changes, the closure of its B2B vertical, and layoffs.
