Dell Forecasts Higher Growth on Surging AI Server Demand

Dell projected higher-than-expected fourth-quarter revenue and profit, driven by increasing data center investments for Artificial Intelligence. The company, which provides AI-optimized servers with Nvidia chips, raised its annual revenue forecast to between $111.2 billion and $112.2 billion. Dell's AI server backlog is now $18.4 billion, reflecting strong market demand despite competitive margin concerns.
