DNEG's Brahma Acquires Metaphysic, Combined Valuation Hits $1.43 Billion
DNEG's AI division, Brahma, has acquired London-based generative AI firm Metaphysic, resulting in a combined valuation of $1.43 billion. The valuation was determined by a $25 million investment from Abu Dhabi's United Al Saqer Group into Metaphysic. CEO Namit Malhotra emphasized that all stakeholders are committed to a unified capital structure, reflecting confidence in the venture's future potential.
