Elevation Capital Nets 25× Return, Sells Ixigo Shares for ₹97.4 Cr to Schroder
Elevation Capital has divested 53.9 lakh shares of Le Travenues Technology (parent of travel portal Ixigo) at ₹180 apiece, raising ₹97.4 crore—yielding a 25× return on its original investment. Schroder International Selection Fund acquired 53.6 lakh shares for ₹96.9 crore, boosting its stake. Post-sale, Elevation’s holding decreases from 14% to roughly 12% of the company’s equity, marking its fourth partial exit from Ixigo.
