Fintech Startup Dhan Parent Acquires Algo Trading Platform Stratzy

Raise Financial Services, parent company of the online stock trading platform Dhan, has fully acquired algo-based investment startup Stratzy in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $4–4.5 million. The acquisition will enhance Dhan's technology stack and boost its systematic and automated investment and trading offerings for retail users, with Stratzy continuing to operate independently.
