Goodman Group Launches $2.7B Consortium to Expand Hong Kong Data Centres
Australia’s Goodman Group has formed a $2.7 billion investment consortium with PGGM, APG, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, CBRE, and a Middle Eastern investor to acquire and develop Hong Kong data centres. Goodman will hold a 20% cornerstone stake in the venture, which includes four existing and two under-construction facilities. The move bolsters Goodman’s 30% share of Hong Kong’s data‑centre capacity and supports further growth across Asia.
