GreyLabs AI Secures ₹85 Crore Funding to Enhance Voice AI Solutions

GreyLabs AI, a Mumbai-based speech analytics startup, has raised ₹85 crore (~$10 million) in a Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Z47 and angel investors. The company has launched a voice AI agent platform to automate customer interactions in sales, service, collections, renewals, and verification processes. Serving over 50 BFSI clients, GreyLabs plans to expand its team and regional presence in Bengaluru and Delhi.
