Groww Files Revised IPO Papers for Rs 6,000-7,000 Crore Offer
Groww has submitted an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) to SEBI for an IPO worth Rs 6,000-7,000 crore, including a fresh issue of Rs 1,060 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of 574 million shares (~Rs 5,000-6,000 crore). Major investors such as Peak XV, Y Combinator, Ribbit Capital, Tiger Global, and Kauffman Fellows Fund will participate.
