Infosys Q2 Bonuses Issued, Staff Report 5-7% Drop

Infosys has disbursed performance-linked bonuses for the September 2025 quarter, with an average payout of 75% of the eligible amount. Employees in mid-level roles (Job Levels 4-6) reported their bonuses were 5-7% lower than the preceding quarter. The company stated that final payouts reflect individual contribution and performance for the quarter, with amounts to be credited with the November salary.
