Kaynes Semicon Launches Oman Chip Design Centre to Boost Global Semiconductor Ecosystem

Kaynes Semicon, a subsidiary of Kaynes Technology India, has inaugurated its first overseas chip design centre in Muscat, Oman, in collaboration with Oman's Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology and Ministry of Labour. The fully government-funded Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) centre will focus on front-end and back-end chip design, aiming to train 80–100 students annually. This initiative strengthens India's presence in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
