Lendingkart Secures ₹850 Crore Fundraise Led by Fullerton

Digital credit platform Lendingkart is set to raise ₹850 crore in fresh equity, led by majority shareholder Fullerton Financial Private Limited, along with existing investors including Bertelsmann, Mayfield, and Saama Capital. This capital infusion will support the Ahmedabad-based MSME lender's expansion and growth, following Fullerton's acquisition of a controlling stake earlier this year.
