Mesa has abruptly closed its Homeowners Card, which controversially allowed users to earn rewards, capped at 100,000 points annually, on mortgage payments. Launched in late 2024, the no-annual-fee card became instantly discontinued, leaving customers frustrated and speculating the rewards model was financially unsustainable.
