Meta Platforms is in advanced discussions to secure $29billion in funding from top private capital firms—$3billion in equity and $26billion in debtto finance its AI-focused data center expansion in the U.S. Major investors include Apollo, KKR, Brookfield, Carlyle, and PIMCO, structured in collaboration with Morgan Stanley. This initiative supports Metas aggressive AI infrastructure agenda, aligning with a 2025 capex target of up to $65billion.
