Netskope Announces 31% Revenue Surge as It Files for U.S. IPO

Cloud security firm Netskope has filed for a U.S. IPO, revealing a 30.7% revenue increase to $328.5 million for the first half of fiscal 2026, with net losses narrowing to $169.5 million from $206.7 million a year earlier. If successful, the offering could raise over $500 million, valuing the company at more than $5 billion amid investor interest in cybersecurity’s growth potential.
