Nvidia is set to launch a cost-effective Blackwell-architecture AI chip for China, priced between $6,500 and $8,000, significantly lower than the restricted H20 model. This new GPU, based on the RTX Pro 6000D, utilizes GDDR7 memory and omits advanced packaging technologies to comply with U.S. export controls. Facing a market share drop from 95% to 50% in China, Nvidia aims to regain its position against competitors like Huawei.
