PhonePe Narrows FY25 Loss to ₹1,727 Cr with 40% Revenue Growth

PhonePe reported a 40% year-on-year revenue increase to ₹7,115 crore in FY25, driven by its payments business. Net losses narrowed 13.5% to ₹1,727 crore, while the company achieved positive free cash flow of ₹1,202 crore. Employee benefits and payment processing costs rose, but advertising expenses decreased. The fintech firm is preparing for a $1.5 billion IPO, aiming for a valuation between $10–15 billion.
