SEBI Penalizes DroneAcharya and Promoters for IPO Misconduct

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has banned DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations and its promoters, Prateek and Nikita Srivastava, from the securities market for up to two years. The regulator also levied a total fine of ₹75 lakh for misusing IPO proceeds, deviating from prospectus objectives, and making fraudulent, misleading corporate announcements to artificially maintain share price.
