Shadowfax Files Confidential DRHP for ₹2,500 Cr IPO via SEBI Route

Shadowfax Technologies, backed by Flipkart and venture investors like TPG and Eight Roads, has confidentially filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI, aiming to raise ₹2,000–2,500 crore through a mix of fresh issuance and offer-for-sale. With FY24 operating revenue at ₹1,885 crore (+33%) and narrowing net losses, the capital will boost its quick delivery capacity. The confidential route grants flexibility on IPO timing and disclosure.
