Swiggy Temporarily Halts Genie Service in Major Cities Amid Operational Constraints

Swiggy has temporarily suspended its hyperlocal pickup-and-drop service, Genie, across several major cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Pune. Users attempting to access Genie on the Swiggy app are met with a "temporarily unavailable" message. The company cites operational constraints as the reason for the pause and is working to restore the service soon. This suspension follows the recent expansion of Swiggy's 10-minute delivery service, Bolt, to 500 cities.
