TCS Allegedly Pressures 2,500 Pune Employees to Resign Amid Restructuring

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is facing allegations from the IT employees' union NITES, claiming the company coerced approximately 2,500 employees in Pune to resign as part of a restructuring initiative. NITES has urged Maharashtra's Chief Minister to intervene and protect the affected workers. TCS, however, contends that only a limited number of employees were impacted by its recent efforts to realign skills within the organization.
