TCS Signs Massive ₹2,130Cr, 1.4 Million Sq Ft Lease at Bengaluru 360 Business Park

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has inked a ₹2,130 crore lease for 1.4 million sq ft at 360 Business Park in Bengaluru’s Electronic City—one of the city’s largest commercial office deals. The 15-year agreement, set to begin in phases from April and August 2026, carries a monthly rent of ₹9.31 crore and includes a ₹112 crore security deposit, with 12% rent escalation every three years.
