UrbanVault Expands in Gurugram with ₹100 Cr FY26 Investment for Co‑Working Growth

UrbanVault launched two new Grade‑A coworking centres on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurugram, spanning 35,000 sq ft with 700 premium seats priced from ₹12,000. Bengaluru-based firm plans to deploy over ₹100 crore in FY26, targeting top micro-markets like Udyog Vihar and Noida. With over 2.5 million sq ft and 40,000 seats across India, the move aligns with projected annual revenues exceeding ₹250 crore.
