Uttar Pradesh is set to revolutionize property transactions under its Vision 2047 plan by March 2026. New reforms include QR code-based ownership verification, instant title updates at registration offices, and simplified rent agreement procedures with reduced fees (₹500–1,000). Family property settlements will cost a flat ₹5,000 and will settle up to four generations. These tech-driven measures aim to boost transparency, curb fraud, and expedite documentation.
