Warburg Pincus and Permira Negotiate Clearwater Analytics Buyout

Global private equity firms Warburg Pincus and Permira are in talks to acquire investment and accounting software maker Clearwater Analytics. The potential deal follows the firms' prior involvement in taking Clearwater public in 2021. This acquisition of the $5.63 billion market cap company could be finalized within several weeks.
