Sprinklr Cuts 500 Employees Amid Underwhelming Business Performance

Customer experience management firm Sprinklr has laid off approximately 15% of its workforce, totaling around 500 employees, due to business performance not meeting expectations. This follows a previous reduction in May 2024, where the company let go of about 3% of its staff, or 116 people. The current layoffs are part of a broader trend of workforce reductions in the tech industry.
