Apple Podcasts Adds Auto-Chapters and Timed Links for Creators

Apple Podcasts is rolling out two major features in iOS 26.2 to improve listener experience and creator tools. It will now automatically generate chapter markers for English episodes over ten minutes, serving as a fallback when creators don't provide their own. Additionally, a new timed links feature will let podcasters add clickable links, often auto-generated, that appear at specific moments during playback to promote content across the Apple ecosystem.
