Apple Wallet Launches Digital ID for Passport-Based Airport Security

Apple has introduced a Digital ID feature in Apple Wallet, allowing users to securely store and present their U.S. passport information on their iPhone or Apple Watch. The service is currently accepted in beta at TSA checkpoints across over 250 U.S. airports for domestic travel. This new feature provides a convenient, biometric-authenticated alternative to physical identification for travelers.
