Asahi Super Dry Refuses Ransom After Cyberattack

Japanese beer company Asahi announced it has not engaged with hackers and will not pay a ransom following a "sophisticated" cyberattack. The ransomware incident, which may have exposed data for about two million people, has caused the brewer to delay financial results. While production is gradually resuming, the attack highlights rising cybersecurity concerns in Japan.
