Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa Leads ₹419 Crore ESOP Exercise at Eternal Amid Stock Surge

Over July 29–30, more than 140 executives at Eternal—the parent of Zomato and Blinkit—exercised employee stock options worth ₹419 crore, with Blinkit founder Albinder Dhindsa accounting for over half (₹214.5 crore). Thirty-one other senior leaders also converted options worth over ₹1 crore each. This strategic move, aligned with a seven-month stock high, reflects strong confidence in the company's future.
