Cloudflare Restores Services After Major Global Outage

Cloudflare has fully restored services following a Tuesday outage that impacted major internet platforms globally, including X (formerly Twitter) and ChatGPT. The disruption was caused by an automatically generated configuration file, designed for security, which grew too large and crashed the software managing Cloudflare's massive web traffic.
