Samsung chip chief Jun Young-hyun met Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang in Seoul to deepen their semiconductor alliance. The talks focused on securing foundry contracts and streamlining next-generation HBM4 memory supply. The executives also mapped out long-term roadmaps for HBM4E and HBM5 architectures, expanding their existing partnerships in autonomous driving and Groq AI accelerators.
