How to Opt Out of Gmail and Workspace Data for Google's AI Training

Google has added a new setting to let users opt out of having their Workspace and Gmail data used for training AI models. The company states this opt-out does not affect existing AI features like Smart Compose, but prevents Google from using the data for general AI model improvement. The setting is available under "Privacy" in Workspace accounts.
