India GCCs Embrace Agentic AI: 58% Move to Enterprise-Scale Adoption

A new report reveals a major shift in India's Global Capacity Centres (GCCs) as 58% move past AI experimentation to invest in Agentic AI. Furthermore, 83% of GCCs are already investing in Generative AI, with the use of pilot projects rising to 43%. Centers are leveraging GenAI primarily for enhancing customer service and finance functions.
