Karnataka Court Halts Boult's Use of 'GoBoult' Trademark Amid DPAC Dispute

A Karnataka court has issued a temporary injunction preventing Boult, now rebranded as GoBoult, from using the 'GoBoult' trademark. DPAC Ventures LLP, which owns the 'GoBold' brand registered in 2021, alleged that Boult's mark is deceptively similar, causing consumer confusion. The court found sufficient evidence of trademark infringement and passing off, leading to the restraining order.
