Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh asserted that in future, a country’s geopolitical clout will depend on its technological sovereignty. Speaking at CSIR’s 84th Foundation Day, he emphasised India’s evolution into a tech-driven nation and urged strengthening capabilities in emerging fields. He highlighted partnerships, accessibility, and affordability in science, and showcased CSIR’s contributions to defense, agriculture, and societal innovations as proof of homegrown strength.
