US Senators Question TCS and Nine Other Firms Over H-1B Visa Filings

U.S. Senators Charles Grassley and Dick Durbin have raised concerns with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Amazon, Apple, Deloitte, Google, JPMorgan Chase, Meta, Microsoft, and Walmart regarding their H-1B visa filings. The inquiry follows significant layoffs of American employees, including over 12,000 at TCS, while these companies continued to hire foreign workers on H-1B visas.
