USCIS Locks in Online Check-ins for Select Foreign Nationals

The US government has finalized a rule requiring specific foreign nationals staying over 30 days to complete online registration and biometrics. The policy strictly targets individuals lacking standard immigration records, including those who entered without inspection, certain visa-exempt Canadians, and children turning 14 while in the US. Legal visa holders, permanent residents, and Green Card holders are fully exempt.
