AI Semiconductor Giant SK Hynix Eyes Blockbuster $14 Billion U.S. Market Debut

South Korea’s SK Hynix, the world's second-largest memory chipmaker and a crucial Nvidia supplier, is targeting a U.S. listing as early as August. The company aims to capitalize on immense investor appetite for AI-linked stocks and expand its shareholder base. The U.S. SEC is expected to review and potentially approve the semiconductor giant's American depositary receipt (ADR) application as soon as late June.
