AI Transformation: Reskilling Takes Precedence Over Layoffs

According to the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) AI Survey 2026, 32% of surveyed entities expect AI adoption to drive workforce reskilling and job transformation rather than large-scale job cuts. Additionally, 10% anticipate AI creating net-new roles, while 82% cite operational efficiency as their primary motivation for integrating AI tools.
