Bee-Hive Mind: Honeycomb Design Boosts Solar Panel Efficiency by 142%

Engineers have developed a 3D concave solar panel using a hexagonal honeycomb pattern to trap bouncing light. Instead of reflecting angled sunlight away, the internal structure bounces light between its walls to absorb maximum energy, boosting power output by up to 142.3%. Made with flexible materials, this design can also adapt to curved surfaces like electric vehicles and buildings.
