Fueling the AI Boom: SK Hynix Unveils $64 Billion Flash Memory Blitz

SK Hynix has detailed plans to invest 100 trillion won ($64 billion) in Cheongju, South Korea, to expand its semiconductor footprint. The massive funding will construct a cutting-edge NAND flash memory fabrication plant by 2029 and a next-generation chip packaging facility by 2027.
