Global investment banks leading SK Hynix’s massive $26.5 billion U.S. share sale have pocketed a windfall of nearly $260 million. While the deal is smaller than SpaceX’s record $75 billion listing in June, the banks secured a higher fee rate—commanding roughly 0.97% of the total amount raised compared to the comparatively modest 0.67% commission paid by SpaceX.
